Barber-Collins Supervisors are part of a profit sharing plan. Each account has a working Supervisor to have direct contact with the client and that Supervisor reports directly to a designated Operations Manager.

To ensure we achieve this relationship with each and every customer, Barber-Collins Security assigns an Operations Manager to oversee the entire security program for your facility. The following is a summary of the services provided by the Operations Manager:
1. Barber-Collins will assign an Operations Manager to your security program.
2. The Operations Manager, in consultation with your security management team, will coordinate a customer service program in line with your facility's requirements.
3. The Operations Manager will have frequent on-going communication and interaction with your security management team.
4. An on-going training procedure review and development, as well as auditing, to work toward meeting the security needs.
5. The Operations Manager works closely with the Barber-Collins on site supervisor to provide support toward a best service security program.
