The Human Resources department acts as a company wide support system for our entire workforce to deliver and maintain high performance standards. New employees are subject to probationary periods which are managed using performance evaluation tools. High performers are recognized and rewarded through our employee recognition program. Barber-Collins supervisors also receive support from Human Resources in the areas of training and development, health and safety, performance management, progressive discipline, and recruitment and selection to ensure that they are receiving the guidance, training and direction necessary to manage the front line team at each client account.
